Roofing & Waterproofing
What our roofers do
- Roof leak repairs
- Waterproofing flat roofs, balconies and parapets
- Torch-on and liquid membranes
- Gutters, downpipes and flashings
- Broken or slipped roof tiles and sheeting
- Damp walls caused by water getting in
Registrations
Roof work is high-risk work at height. We ask roofing fundis for proof of public liability insurance, check ID and two references with photos, and flag manufacturer applicator certificates (such as for waterproofing products). New roofs and structural work need a builder registered with the NHBRC, and work at height must follow the Construction Regulations.
Emergencies
A roof that's leaking in a storm is urgent. Mark it urgent; fundis can make it safe first and quote for the proper repair afterwards.
